It’s almost been one year since your diagnosis. So much has happened this past year. I could talk about all the procedures, doctor appointments, surgeries and treatments. I could talk about all of the devastation, pain and exhaustion. But I won’t.
I’ll remember how you rose up, faced reality and stood in your power. I’ll remember how you stood tall and beat the odds stacked up against you. I’ll remember how we came together and leaned on love. I’ll remember how you put on your game face and kicked Cancer’s ass. I’ll remember how even on your hardest days, you pushed through and kept going.
